Michael will be racing the #47 Toyota Camry during the 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series. This team is owned by Tad and Jodi Geschickter and Brad Daugherty, a former NBA all-star for the Cleveland Cavaliers and current ESPN commentator. McDowell is scheduled to compete in the season opener at Daytona on February 14, and the next 15 races that follow.
